The terms for using this website, downloading the software, and supporting the work. A support payment is a voluntary gift, not a purchase — and is refundable if you sent it by mistake.

This website
The content here is ours, and is provided for information. We try to keep it accurate — the numbers quoted on product pages come from real measurements — but we do not guarantee that everything is current or error-free at every moment.
The software
Each product is licensed on its own terms, shown where you get it: the App Store, Google Play, or the download itself. Nothing on this website changes those terms.
Software is provided as is. We test it and we use it ourselves — Reclaim deletes nothing without your explicit confirmation, by design — but no software is free of defects, and you remain responsible for keeping backups of anything you would not want to lose.
Supporting the work
A payment made through the support page is a voluntary gift.
- It is not a purchase. It buys no licence, no feature, no priority and no service. Everything that is free stays free for everyone, whether you give or not.
- We are a company, not a registered charity, so it is not tax-deductible.
- A monthly gift continues until you cancel it, which you can do at any time from the receipt Stripe emails you. Cancelling stops future payments; it does not reverse past ones.
Refunds
If you gave by mistake — the wrong amount, the wrong number of times, or you simply changed your mind — email us within 30 days and we will refund it in full, no questions asked. After 30 days we will still look at it; ask.
Refunds go back to the card that paid, through Stripe, and take a few business days to appear.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to this site or the services behind it, and do not use the contact form to send unsolicited advertising. We will block traffic that does.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, JKULDEV LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or the software. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — and if we have genuinely broken something of yours, write to us rather than reaching for this paragraph. We would rather fix it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
Changes
If these terms change, the date below changes with them.
